Question: I did not receive my order. What should I do?

99.9% of the time, your order has already been shipped and is simply taking longer in the mail. Once in a while, though, an order might have been held up for one reason or another. If you feel this is the case, please e-mail us and we will see what we can do on our end.

Question: My order was missing some cards. Why?

Please see our BUYLIST. Here are a few things to help you in the selling process:

Please verify that we still need the cards by sending us an e-mail before sending the cards, we have people that constantly sell us bulk cards in person, so we may not need what we have posted on our buy list

Please send all cards sold to us with a copy of the sell invoice and with delivery confirmation.
Your cards are valuable, but if we don't receive them we cannot pay for them. Delivery Confirmation will protect your transaction.

Please package your cards carefully. We cannot pay mint/ near mint card prices for cards that have been beat up in the mail even if they were mint when they left your mailbox.
Please grade your cards carefully. If our buy list is for mint/near mint, please do not send us played cards. We cannot pay full price for played cards and will usually send them back.
